  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Because Stargleed partners with international vendors and manufacturers, shipping times reflect global transit and customs handling.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days (average scenario for major cities and accessible regions).

  • Extended International Shipping: 15 to 22 business days (rural areas, remote regions, customs delays, or high-volume seasons).

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on:

  • Destination country and region

  • Local postal service efficiency

  • Customs inspection and clearance procedures

  • Weather conditions and global logistics constraints

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on weight, product category, and destination.

  • Some promotions may offer free or discounted shipping on eligible items.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with local regulations.

4. Tracking Information

  • Most orders include a trackable shipping method.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch due to international logistics scanning practices.

  • If your tracking number shows “in transit,” it means the parcel has left the origin country and is moving through international logistics channels.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

We strive to support timely and reliable delivery. However, certain events may cause delays:

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Stargleed is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check all possible delivery locations (mailbox, door, reception, neighbors).

  2. Contact the local postal carrier for delivery details.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us. We will attempt to assist within carrier policies.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded once dispatched.
If you submitted an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will update the information.

8. Split Shipments

Because products may come from different international suppliers:

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

  • Each package will have its own tracking information (if available).

This ensures faster delivery of in-stock items without waiting for all products to be ready.
