Prohibited actions include:

  • Selling illegal, restricted, or dangerous products

  • Violating intellectual property rights

  • Uploading malware, harmful scripts, or unauthorized software

  • Conducting fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Circumventing platform payment systems

  • Using automation or bots that disrupt normal operations

Stargleed reserves the right to report unlawful behavior to relevant authorities.


4. Product Quality and Accuracy

Sellers must ensure that all products listed on Stargleed meet quality, safety, and accuracy expectations:

  • Accurate images, details, specifications, and pricing

  • Safe packaging and secure handling for shipping

  • Compliance with product safety standards

  • Prompt removal of listings that are out of stock or discontinued

Misrepresentation or low-quality goods may lead to enforcement actions.

Sellers are expected to:

  • Provide clear, helpful, and truthful information

  • Resolve issues in good faith

Users must respect each other’s privacy.

Prohibited actions:

  • Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization

  • Collecting personal data without explicit consent

  • Using data obtained from Stargleed for unsolicited marketing
